Summer Creek is a pet-friendly community with an on-site dog park for your four-legged family members. Pets are subject to screening through PetScreening.com, and breed restrictions do apply. Pet Types: Cats & Dogs 
Maximum Pets Per Household: 3 
Max Weight: 60 lbs. at full growth 
Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds or breed mixes, as outlined by PetScreening.com 
Registration: All pets must be registered through PetScreening.com prior to move-in 
Pet Fees: An annual pet fee is due — see the management office or property fee sheet for complete details on pet fees, rent, and registration 

Assistance Animals 

Service animals and emotional support/reasonable-accommodation animals are not pets. They are reviewed separately as a reasonable accommodation request under the Fair Housing Act, are approved through PetScreening.com, and are not subject to the pet fees, breed, weight, or headcount limits above. They follow applicable HUD guidance.
